We offer opportunities for new and recent graduates. You will work closely with our experienced consultants, developing technical and consulting skills through a mix of on the job training and workshops run by our domain experts. You will deliver projects that range from technical de-risk and early stage proof of concept to developing new ideas and approaches in digital policing. As we are a small, rapidly growing business, you will also have an opportunity to contribute to our internal processes and systems as we grow.
We are seeking applicants with a strong academic track record; ideally in a STEM subject but we also consider graduates from other subjects with a strong interest in working in the Law Enforcement sector. You will have the opportunity to try out different roles, ranging from business analyst to technical consultant and have the chance to develop a wide range of skills. We offer a competitive salary and benefits that include comprehensive healthcare and a discretionary bonus scheme. We are currently interviewing for graduate roles to start in October 2020 but may be able to offer other dates throughout the year.
Due to the nature of the role and the work we undertake with our clients, you should be a British Citizen and be willing to apply for security check (SC) clearance if no existing clearance is held. You may occasionally be required to travel to client sites around the UK or work out of customer or partner offices for periods of time and we will work with you to ensure we get the right work life balance.
