We are looking for Business and Systems Analysts to join the Principle One team, working closely with our clients and delivery teams across a wide range of projects in the Law Enforcement and National Security sector.

 

Responsibilities include:

• Extensive stakeholder engagement throughout all stages of the project delivery lifecycle

• Supporting customers in product owner roles and taking on the role of proxy product owner where required

• Development of key business and systems analysis artefacts, both working independently with customers and as part of a wider, multi-discipline delivery team

• Working within an agile delivery team, supporting technical staff in working through all aspects of the design, development and test cycle

• Leading capture of requirements, managing their elaboration into user stories and other artefacts to drive delivery

• Promoting consistent ways of working across Principle One delivery projects

• Coaching and mentoring junior staff

 

As a candidate you will have:

• Experience of working within delivery teams to support the design, development and ongoing sustainment of new capabilities for UK Law Enforcement and National Security customers

• A strong understanding of functional architecture, process analysis and redevelopment and data architecture and modelling

• Strong customer facing skills and experience in coaching and mentoring junior staff

• Experience working within agile delivery teams, applying BDD principles to develop user stories and working closely with development teams throughout the delivery cycle

The role will be a mix of remote working combined with some time in our London office in Vauxhall and with our customers on site. Due to the nature of the work, we will require that you complete a BPSS security check and are willing and eligible to apply for further clearance.
