Since Principle One was set up, our people have been at the heart of the organisation and have driven delivery to our customers and growth of our team. What do you find most rewarding about your role?
I think the most rewarding part of my role is seeing the difference the work can make across various different government sectors and how that helps people around the country. I have had the opportunity to work within Counter Terrorism, NHS, National Crime Agency and Home Office, which have all meant that I can see where the work I have done goes on to help people.
