All too often, large organisations can lose sight of just how important an asset their people are. Since Principle One was set up, our people have been at the heart of the organisation and have driven delivery to our customers and growth of our team. We have worked to create a truly collaborative culture that supports staff at all levels in developing their skills and progressing their career.
We focus on getting work life balance right, recognising that this will mean different things to different people throughout their careers and ensure our staff share in the success of the business.
Our people are drawn from a diverse range of backgrounds and have joined as interns, graduates and experienced hires.
Here’s their insight on working at Principle One:
What do you find most rewarding about your role?
I think the most rewarding part of my role is seeing the difference the work can make across various different government sectors and how that helps people around the country. I have had the opportunity to work within Counter Terrorism, NHS, National Crime Agency and Home Office, which have all meant that I can see where the work I have done goes on to help people.
