We have opportunities that range from systems engineering and solution architecture through to business consulting and analysis through to hands on delivery roles in software engineering and data science. You may have worked on large scale capability development or business transformation programmes or in front line or project delivery roles for our customers.

BUSINESS CONSULTANT
I have worked in the Law Enforcement domain for 17 years. I started out with an operational role in UK policing, working as an intelligence and communications specialist. After several years I wanted to find a different way to make an impact; this led me to pursue a career in consulting.
I’ve worked on a range of large-scale central Law Enforcement programmes implementing new capability and legislation across the UK, and have led multiple teams implementing successful technical, business and organisational change.
What I love about working at Principle One is the opportunity to look for creative and innovative ways to support those who serve and protect the UK; it’s been a natural fit for my desire to drive positive change in UK policing. As P1's training and development lead I am also able to help shape the careers of our junior consultants, which I find hugely rewarding.
