entry-level roles
We offer a range of entry level opportunities for graduates, interns and placement students.
Our graduates start with us in July or September and will take part in a 10 week programme to develop a mix of business and technical consulting skills. This combines training sessions with on the job learning and the opportunity to work with one of our customer or partner organisations on real life problems from day one. As we are a small, rapidly growing business, you will have the chance to contribute to our internal processes and systems as we grow. You will also be assigned a career mentor to support your career development.
We are seeking applicants with a strong academic track record, ideally in a STEM subject but will also consider graduates from other subjects with a strong interest in working in the Law Enforcement sector. We offer a competitive salary and benefits that include comprehensive healthcare and a discretionary bonus scheme. We are based in Vauxhall and you can expect to split your time between working in the office and remotely.
We also offer 10 week summer internships and one year placements to students who are part way through their degrees. We welcome applications from a wide range of degrees. Interns and placement students have access to the same training opportunities as our graduates, with placement students then having the opportunity to work as part of our delivery teams following initial training.

SYSTEMS ENGINEER
I joined Principle One straight after finishing my degrees in engineering and mathematics. After doing a short internship I knew the work would be interesting, the people friendly and encouraging, and the move to London exciting. Since joining I have worked on many projects from 6 weeks to 6 months long, with various customers. This variety has given me a great understanding of how to solve a wide range of problems, whether relating to people or technology, and how Principle One fits into the market.
