We are looking for Technical Delivery Managers to join the Principle One team, working closely with our clients and delivery teams across a wide range of projects in the Law Enforcement and National Security sector.

 

Responsibilities include:

• Working with our customers and delivery teams to deliver both short term innovation projects and large scale mission critical programmes

• Managing the completion of deliverables to high quality standards across our teams

• Working with customer product owners to ensure that they have a clear understanding of project plans and dependencies

• Working closely with our technical architects and business analysts to drive estimating effort to develop delivery plans and customer proposals

• Coaching and mentoring junior staff

 

As a candidate you will have:

• Experience of delivering large scale projects following agile delivery methods for public sector customers

• An aptitude for assessing and mitigating delivery risk and working collaboratively to develop pragmatic solutions to customer problems

• Strong communications skills and an aptitude for working as part of a team, coaching and mentoring junior staff

• Experience of working under agile delivery methods (such as SAFe)
